Tenants are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own defaulted units. Please contact the facility directly to settle your balance.
Full payment must be received within 24 hours, in person and during the storage facility’s business hours, after the auction closes.
Failure to claim a winning unit will result in account deactivation.
Our online auctions use a “soft close” system. Any bid placed in the final minute extends the auction closing time by 2 minutes. The highest bidder at the end wins the auction.
Deposits required for winning units will be refunded only after all contents have been removed and the manager has visually confirmed that the unit is completely empty and clean.
Payment and Unit Claim Terms
Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid.
Full payment must be received within 24 hours, in person, after the auction closes and during business hours.
Removal of items must also take place during business hours.
If the unit is not claimed within 24 hours, the winning buyer forfeits their rights, and the next highest bidder may be selected.
Full payment must be made in person at the facility.

A $100 refundable deposit (credit card only) is required to ensure the unit is completely emptied within 48 hours and during business hours.
The exact amount must be confirmed with the manager.
The deposit is refunded only when the unit is empty and cleaned to the manager’s satisfaction.
Failure to provide the required deposit may result in denial of access to the unit.
All sales are FINAL, with no refunds, and applicable taxes will be added.
Some facilities do not accept resale certificates or tax exemptions—please verify in advance.
Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of purchased goods transfers to the buyer only after full payment has been made at the place of sale.
Legal Advertising
The posting or previewing of a unit may or may not constitute legal advertising depending on your jurisdiction.
Please verify your legal obligations with a legal advisor.
Legal Compliance Notice
All applicable local, provincial, or state laws must be followed.
Both the buyer and the storage facility are responsible for ensuring legal compliance.
Unit Rental
If the winning buyer is unable to empty the unit and chooses to rent it, no promotions or discounts will apply.
It is up to the storage company to decide whether a promotion is offered or the unit may be rented.
Vehicles
All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is.
No refunds.
The seller may or may not have legal title to the vehicle.
By bidding on a vehicle, you accept these conditions.
It is recommended to contact the SAAQ to understand the title transfer process before bidding.
Any vehicle found in a unit may be towed at the buyer’s expense and may not be included in the sale.
Pickup and Disposal
All contents must be COMPLETELY REMOVED.
The unit must be fully emptied within 48 hours of the auction closing and cleaned to the facility’s satisfaction.
If ANY SINGLE ITEM is left behind, the deposit will not be refunded.
Failure to remove all items may result in account deactivation.
Access Hours
Access for the winning buyer is limited to the site’s office hours.
Office Hours:
Mon–Fri: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sat: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sun: closed.
You may not access the property unless a facility employee is present.
The facility DOES NOT OFFER DISPOSAL SERVICES.
On-site dumpsters may not be used.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to remove all contents and dispose of waste at their own expense.
If you wish to rent the unit purchased at public sale, the manager can assist you.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Please respect the property, staff, and other tenants at all times or you may be removed from the site.

Know the unit you are bidding on
If you win, ensure you know which unit you purchased.
The unit number will appear on the invoice sent by iBid4Storage.
Know your username
At payment and pickup, you must provide your username to verify your account and purchased unit.
IDENTIFICATION
Photo ID must be presented at the facility.
Only the registered person who won the auction may collect the contents.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction Closing
When the auction ends, you will be notified immediately by email if you have won.
BUYER NOTICE
Failure to claim a winning unit will result in a ban from iBid4Storage.
The storage facility reserves the right to end a sale at any time during the bidding period and before buyer payment. The seller may also change the sale’s closing date and time at any time prior to closing.
By bidding, the buyer agrees to enter into a legally binding contract.
If the winning buyer fails to pay, fees may apply up to the amount of their bid.
The storage facility reserves the right to cancel any sale, including if bids are deemed unreasonable or if the tenant pays their balance before the auction ends or before full payment by the winning bidder.
The buyer acknowledges that they are bidding on all items contained in the unit.
All items must be removed and the unit cleaned.
Otherwise, the facility may charge cleaning fees.
The buyer must remove all goods within 48 hours, or the goods become the property of the facility, unless an agreement is signed or a full month is paid.
The buyer must secure the unit during the 48-hour period.
The buyer must immediately return all personal items (documents, photos, tax records, bank statements, etc.) to the storage facility.
If the buyer finds illegal items (firearms, drugs, etc.), law enforcement must be notified.
In some cases, the facility may contact the buyer to repurchase certain items to avoid legal proceedings.
The buyer agrees to resell those items to the facility at the price paid, plus reasonable documented expenses.
This agreement applies to this sale and all future sales in which the buyer participates through iBid4Storage.com.
The facility reserves the right to refuse bids from a buyer or refuse to sell to the winning bidder in cases of rule violations or unacceptable behavior.
