Tenants are strictly forbidden from bidding on their own delinquent units. Please contact the facility directly to settle your balance.
Payment must be made in full within 24 hours, in person and during the facility’s business hours, after the auction closes.
Failure to claim a won unit will result in your account being deactivated.
Our online auctions use a soft close system. Any bid placed within the last minute will extend the closing time by 2 minutes. The final bidder willing to offer the highest amount wins the auction.
Deposits required for won units will be refunded only when all contents have been removed and the manager has visually confirmed that the unit is completely empty and clean.
Payment and Unit Claim Terms
Buyers must be at least 18 years old to place bids.
Payment must be made in full within 24 hours, in person, after the auction closes and during business hours.
Removal of goods must also be done within business hours.
If the unit is not claimed within 24 hours, the winning buyer forfeits their right, and the next highest bidder may be selected.
Full payment must be made in person at the facility.

A refundable $100 deposit by credit card only is required to ensure the unit is completely emptied within 48 hours and during business hours.
The exact amount must be confirmed with the manager.The deposit will be refunded only when the unit is emptied and cleaned to the manager’s satisfaction.If you do not provide the required deposit, access to the unit may be denied.
All sales are FINAL, non-refundable, and applicable taxes apply.
Some facilities do not accept resale certificates or tax exemptions — please verify beforehand.
Title of Ownership
Ownership of purchased items transfers to the buyer only once full payment is made at the site of the sale.
Legal Advertising
The posting or preview of a unit may or may not constitute legal advertising depending on your jurisdiction.
Please confirm your legal obligations with legal counsel.
Legal Compliance Notice
Please comply with all applicable local, provincial, or state laws.
It is the responsibility of both the buyer and the storage facility to ensure legal compliance.
Unit Rental
If the winning buyer cannot empty the unit and chooses to rent it, no promotions or discounts may be applied.
It is up to the storage company to decide whether to offer a promotion or rent the unit.
Vehicles
All vehicles are sold as is and where they are.
No refunds.
The seller may or may not have the legal vehicle title.
By bidding on a vehicle, you agree to these conditions.
It is recommended to contact the SAAQ to understand the procedure for transferring title before bidding.
Any vehicle found inside a unit may be towed at the buyer’s expense and may not be part of the sale.
Pick-Up and Disposal
The contents must be FULLY removed.
The unit must be completely emptied within 48 hours after auction closing and cleaned to the satisfaction of the facility.
If even ONE item is left behind, the deposit will not be refunded.
Failure to remove all items may result in account deactivation.
Access Hours
Access for the winning buyer is limited to the facility’s office hours.
Office Hours:
Mon–Fri: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sat: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
You may not access the property unless a facility employee is present.
The facility DOES NOT PROVIDE DISPOSAL SERVICES.
The site’s garbage bins may not be used.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to remove all contents and dispose of waste at their own expense.
If you wish to rent the unit you purchased at auction, the manager can assist you.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
You must respect the property, staff, and other tenants at all times, or you may be removed from the site.

Know the unit you are bidding on
If you win, make sure you know which unit you purchased.
The number will appear on the invoice sent by iBid4Storage.
Know your username
At payment and pick-up, you must provide your username to verify your account and the purchased unit.
IDENTIFICATION
A photo ID must be presented at the facility.
Only the registered winning bidder may pick up the contents.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction Closing
When the auction ends, you will be notified immediately by email if you won.
NOTICE TO BUYERS
Failure to claim a won unit will result in a ban from iBid4Storage.
The storage facility reserves the right to end a sale at any time during the auction period and before payment by the buyer.
The seller may also change the closing date and time of the sale at any time before closing.
By bidding, the buyer agrees to enter into a legal contract.
If the winning buyer does not pay, fees may apply up to the amount of their bid.
The storage facility reserves the right to cancel any sale, including if bids are deemed unreasonable or if the tenant pays their balance before the end of the sale or before full payment by the winner.
The buyer acknowledges that they are bidding on all items contained within the unit.
All items must be removed and the unit cleaned.
Otherwise, the facility may charge cleaning fees.
The buyer must remove all items within 48 hours, otherwise the items become the property of the facility unless the buyer signs an agreement or pays for the full month.
The buyer must secure the unit during those 48 hours.
The buyer must immediately return any personal items (documents, photos, tax records, bank statements, etc.) to the facility.
If the buyer finds illegal items (firearms, drugs, etc.), they must notify law enforcement.
In some cases, the facility may contact the buyer to buy back certain items to avoid legal procedures.
The buyer agrees to resell them to the facility at the price paid, plus reasonable incurred costs (with proof).
This agreement applies to this sale and to all future sales the buyer participates in through iBid4Storage.com.
The facility reserves the right to refuse bids from any buyer or refuse to sell to the winning bidder in case of rule violations or unacceptable behavior.
