MC will work the the BUYER regarding setting a time for pick up. MC will also allow larger pieces of furniture to be left behind for JUNK REMOVAL if deemed to be in BAD CONDITION. PARKING for LOAD OUT is a concern for the CONDO ASSN so we will strictly be enforcing THEIR RULES re where/ how to park. BUYER will be required to pack up loose items and provide ALL LABOUR for removal
