Ursula Stolf known as "The Knock Out" from A&E’s auction reality series,
Storage Wars:Canada.
Her moniker,
"Don`t tell me I can`t, `cause I can, and don`t tell me don`t, `cause I will."
Wow! Good Looks with an Attitude!
After a few chats with her co-stars and correspondence with the star herself; here are 10 things you didn`t know about Ursula Stolf.

She straightens her hair with a clothes iron.
Her hair`s so frizzy, that when she wakes up in the morning, her hair could be mistaken for large bird`s nest. Ursula`s hair is also thick. Two strikes against her.
Remember back in the day when women used clothes irons to press their hair straight? Ursula did that, no, really! She`s graduated to the flat iron. However, a clothes iron remains as her back up. How often does she need to press her hair?
Every. Single. Day.

Ursula can sing!
Seriously, the woman has a voice. I can vouch. I`ve heard her sing over the phone. Is she the next Céline Dion?
No one is the next Céline Dion.
However, invite her to Karaoke night and she will shine like a recording artist.
Her dream is to one day sing in a concert.

She`s has exceptionally rapid speech.
As a teacher, Stolf once stood in front of a class to give instructions for the assignment that day. A studen raised their hand and asked if she could repeat what she said because Ursula spoke so fast. True story.
She was also told by the producers of the auction series,
Storage Wars: Canada, to slow her speech during the interview room sessions. Producers said her talk was too fast for television!
Warning: The speed of her cadence may cause dizziness or headaches.

Stolf is a MENA.
MENA stands for Middle Eastern and North African decent. Her family roots do extend to the Middle East.
A little of this, a little of that. I can`t pinpoint exacty where on the map.
But she does eat Falefel for breakfast.
Okay, that`s a stretch.

She is a Biker Chic.
Don`t even think she`s the kind of girl who would ride a sports bike. Too dainty.
She`s
Born To Be Wild kinda Harley Davidson hog-gal.
She knows one speed - fast!
Stolf has that, "Don`t mess with me when I ride" look.

She doesn`t drink alcohol.
Her drinking days began and ended in one night. Ursula went to a New Year`s Even party with friends in her last year of high school. The driver drove too fast and car swerved off the road. No one was hurt, but it was an unnerving experience. Once at the party, Ursula was urged to drink a beer, and then another, and then another.
She drank five beers in forty minutes. She passed out and then work up with a hurl or two or three. And injury to insult, she had to clean up her own vomit. Gross. Her drinking-hurling-hangover days over. She`s now the appointed designated driver.

Ursula is a Sneakerhead.
Women love to buy shoes, that`s a fact.
Stolf takes this passion to a whole `nother level.
She owns over 500 pairs of Chucks and Converse sneakers combined! It`s not like she`s running marathons. The woman just loves sneakers. Both low tops and high tops.
Wonder if she stores her 50 pairs of Converse in a storage unit?

She`s a FitBit Freak.
Now the obession with sneakers come into play (not really).
She walks a minumum of 10 killometers (a litte of 6 miles) per day.
I wonder if she walks as fast as she talks?
Probably not.. maybe...

She`s has unusual pets.
If you are a fan of the show,
Storage Wars: Canada, then you know Ursula brought her pet chinchilla, Monty to auction.
She also owns a pet toy poodle named Penelope, or "Penny" for short.
Aw, they look so cute together.

Ursula`s mind is a black hole.
In a word - scatterbrained.
Her excuse? She has a million-and-one things to do a day.
Information goes inside that pretty little head of hers and stays there.
If she tries to recall something you`ve told her, forget about it. Once inside her head, it`s lost and forgotten.
